Our Educational Services Committee is the heart of or organization. The programs that we are fortunate to host each year are our reason for being. Promoting and preserving the Celtic culture is the driving force behind Celtic Cultural Alliance. The Educational Services committee offers quality programs that open the portals of knowledge to the community, and makes people aware of the influences that Celtic culture has had on the diversity in today’s society.
Through presentations like the Culture Series and Celtic Classic Workshops, musicians, artists, athletes, and scholars have introduced the Lehigh Valley‘s to a wealth of Celtic heritage. The sharing of their talents enriches the journey toward our goal.
The Celtic Schoolhouse is on the road, with programs being presented to schools throughout the Lehigh Valley. In addition to the grade school programming we have traditionally presented, we now have high school level programs available. These programs are sponsored by the generous donations from area .
Our in-house programming includes lectures, cooking classes and performances. After the Celtic Classic, we will begin offering classes on Celtic Calligraphy monthly and Irish singing. With these exciting programming additions and with the expansion of our Celtic cooking classes, at Granny McCarthy’s, there is something for everyone.
