Parade of Shamrocks
Get your kilts ready!
You may call it St. Patrick’s Day; we call it HALF WAY TO THE CELTIC CLASSIC!! Either way, get on your green and celebrate St. Patrick’s Day in Historic Downtown Bethlehem. Once again, the streets will be filled with the sound of bagpipes, and all things Irish.
The Celtic Cultural Alliance is proud to present the 2ND annual Celtic Classic Parade of Shamrocks on Saturday, March 17th at 1:00pm. This St. Patrick’s Day celebration will be the kickoff event to the 25th anniversary year of the Celtic Classic. We are pulling out all the stops to celebrate with more floats, more bands and lots of surprises!
Get your space on the street early.
The parade will begin at 13th Avenue and W. Broad streets. It will proceed east on Broad Street, turn right on to Main Street and proceed south on Main Street. The parade will conclude under the Hill-to-Hill Bridge.
If your band, business or group is interested in participating in the parade please submit the registration form found on this page. We encourage everyone to join us.
But wait… THERE’S MORE!!!
It only seems right that the largest Celtic festival in North America throws the LARGEST ST. PATRICK’S DAY PARTY IN THE LEHIGH VALLEY!! That’s right; we’re putting the tent up and pulling in the beer trucks. So get ready to SCREAM, because the GLENGARRY BHOYS are coming back to party with us!

Enjoy a pint and some great food available for purchase. Everything from fish & chips to Panini’s.
You want more? Ok! We are also going to hold the largest FINNEGAN’S WAKE in the area! We have all kinds of great prizes if you can make the dead guy laugh.
Tickets are limited so don’t delay.
Parking is available in the Walnut Street and North Street parking garages.
